Conclusiones
El A8 es veloz, espacioso, lujoso y excepcionalmente confortable. Se mueve como un coche de lujo, aunque es tirante y se maneja como un sedán deportivo. Cargado de innovación, el A8 es un coche de lujo pensado para las personas, más progresista y menos tradicional que un BMW o un Mercedes. Es elegante pero no arrogante, indulgente sin serlo en demasía. Está valorado un poco más bajo que los sedanes comparables de BMW y Mercedes-Benz, aunque no renuncia a casi nada respecto a cualquiera de los dos. ¿V8, V10 o W12? En Alemania, donde la autopista atrae con su carencia de límite de velocidad, esto debería resultar una elección más sencilla, asumiendo que el dinero no representa un problema. En nuestra tierra, la ventaja del W12 o el deportivo S8 es más de imagen que de realidad. El precio extra por el W12 parece mucho por imagen, pero es un maravilloso sedán 12 cilindros con tracción total y nosotros creemos que es una buena opción. El S8 es un paquete mixto. A algunos les gustarán sus movimientos más deportivos, pero a otros les molestará la marcha más firme y el acelerador sensible en ocasiones.
