I'm a us citizen currently living in Argentina.
I've bought a chevrolet Zafira from Pesado CAstro, a local chevrolet dealer in the city of Rosario, Argentina.
My user experience has been terrible.
First, the motor broke down, just after 3,000 miles. I was driving with my family in the highway, and almost suffered an accident.
Even worst, the car broke down end of june. they promised to deliver a new motor on july 29th. today is aug. 18th and there is no new motor on sight.
I'm dealing with chevrolet argentina, calling this number: 08008882438. file number: 1-396674720. they keep giving me evasive answers. I have no choice now but to go to my lawyer, which will cost me more time and money.
one special paragraph for Pesado Castro, the local dealer. when I called, they told me mockingly: "if you want to buy a new car we can sure help you with that, but not with this complaint".
Please help!
I've been a chevrolet user all my life, and I'm seriously thinking of switching to a japanese option next time around, chevrolet is leaving me without alternative. |
